Wrap each apple in foil with 1 tablespoon honey. Bake at
350 degrees about 50 minutes, until completely cooked.
Scoop the flesh out of the skin, blend in a food processor, set
aside to cool.
Freeze in ice cream maker. When approximately halfway done,
add the 1/2 egg white whipped soft peak.
To serve: Scoop into a glass, top with strawberry sauce.
For the sauce:
Place Cherries and 1 tablespoon honey in food processor, blend
until smooth.
