- 1+1/2 Pound King Salmon Fileted, Boned and Skinned, cut in 4 pieces Brush
a little bit of Olive Oil on the Salmon and grill on high heat.
- 1 Pink Grapefruit (Peeled and Segmented)
- 2 Oranges (Peeled and Segmented)
- 1 Lime (Peeled and Segmented)
- 2 Shallots (chopped)
- 1 Garlic Clove (chopped)
- 1T. Chives(chopped)
- 2 Basil Leaves (Sliced Fine)
- 3T Moroccan Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together exept for the Salmon. Marinate for about 15
minutes and put on a plate with the grilled Salmon atop. Serve warm.
