Grilled  Alaskan  Salmon  with Citrus, and Moroccan Olive Oil
  • 1+1/2 Pound King Salmon Fileted, Boned and Skinned, cut in 4 pieces Brush a little bit of Olive Oil on the Salmon and grill on high heat.
  • 1 Pink Grapefruit (Peeled and Segmented)
  • 2 Oranges (Peeled and Segmented)
  • 1 Lime (Peeled and Segmented)
  • 2 Shallots (chopped)
  • 1 Garlic Clove (chopped)
  • 1T. Chives(chopped)
  • 2 Basil Leaves (Sliced Fine)
  • 3T Moroccan Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients together exept for the Salmon. Marinate for about 15 minutes and put on a plate with the grilled Salmon atop. Serve warm.
