For
the berry sauce:
- 2 oz Blueberries
- 2 oz Blackberries
- 2 oz Raspberries
- 2 oz Strawberries
- 4 oz Water
- 2 oz Sugar
Mix
all ingredients in a small blender until smooth. Set aside.

- Butter
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- 16 Mint leaves
- 2 oz Sugar
- 8 oz Berry sauce (see above)
- 8 oz Ice cream (vanilla or mint)
- 4 Mint bouquet
In
a saucepan, melt butter, adding sugar and mint leaves that have been cut into
fine strips. Add berry sauce and all berries, except raspberries. Bring almost
to a boll, then add raspberries. Adjust sugar and lemon juice to taste. Place
in serving bowls and add one scoop of either vanilla or mint ice cream on top.
Garnish with mint bouquet and serve immediately.
