Gambas al ajillo
Shrimps in Garlic sauce
  • 3/4 of a pound small prawns 51/60
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic sliced
  • 2 small red chili. peppers
  • I tablespoon minced parsley
  • First peel and de-vein the prawns.

In an earthenware casserole add first the oil and let it heat up and then add the garlic, chili peppers. When the garlic just begins to color add the shrimp & cook. Add the salt. When the shrimp is done which takes about a minute, add the parsley. serve immediately in the same casserole. If you like at the end you can squeeze a little lemon juice. Serve with Bread.
