- 32 oz whole milk quark
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 bunches chives
- 1 bunch marjoram
- 1 medium size white onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
- 2 pounds small New Potatoes
Boil the potatoes in their skin. Finely chop parsley, chives and marjoram.
Mix with the remaining ingredients and serve with potatoes.
