Garlic croutons
Used in soups, salads.
  • Stale bread
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic cloves, crushed

Cut bread into cubes (large dice). Optionally, peel off bread crust before cutting.

Slowly fry crushed garlic in oil so oil becomes flavored. Strain.

Fry bread cubes slowly in this oil until they turn light to medium brown.

Drain on paper towel.
